Refund and Returns Policy

Items that have been opened, have damaged packaging or have been used may be eligible for return at our discretion, however a restocking fee will apply. Return shipping to Bubbles Lighting is the customer’s responsibility and shipping fees are not refundable.
If your product has a manufacturing fault we will arrange for repair or replacement through the Australian distributor of that brand. Please contact us immediately when you identify a problem so there are no delays in processing the replacement.
